We want you to love your purchase! Since our products are custom-made on demand, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the details below to understand our process.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • We may request the item be returned to Printful for inspection before processing a replacement.

2. Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that doesn’t match what you ordered (e.g. wrong design, size, or color), notify us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you, provided the error is on our end or Printful’s.

3. Buyer’s Remorse (e.g., Changed Mind, Dislike Product)

  • Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, such as disliking the product or changing your mind. This aligns with Printful’s policy, as they do not refund for these reasons either [Printful’s Return Policy]. However, if you’d like to discuss options, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Wrong Size Ordered

  • If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer a free exchange since items are made on demand. However, you can place a new order for the correct size, and we’ll ensure it’s fulfilled promptly. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the new item and shipping, as per Printful’s policy [Printful’s Return Policy].

5. Lost or Undelivered Orders

  • If your order is lost in transit or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We recommend using the USPS ZIP code lookup tool (provided at checkout) to ensure accuracy. If the carrier returns the order due to an address error, we can reship upon address confirmation, but you may need to cover additional shipping costs.

6. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at info@terp-merch.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • We’ll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Note: All returns are subject to Printful’s policies, as they fulfill our orders. We recommend reviewing sizing charts before ordering, as custom-made items cannot be exchanged for sizing preferences.
